I apply for membership of the Woodend Toy Library Inc. and agree to abide with its Rules and Constitution and to indemnify the Library, its members and staff against all loss or liability, however caused, arising from any borrowing or buy through me of any toys or other items. I agree to receive communications by email, including notices of meetings.

I undertake, as part of my membership responsibilities to participate in roster duties and stocktake and fundraising activities as required and to arrange duty swaps if required. I agree to providing helmets when hiring bikes, balance bikes and scooters and are borrowed at my own risk. I agree that membership is not transferrable.
